Talent Acquisition Consultant

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for overseeing and facilitating the entire recruitment cycle, which includes establishing connections with both internal and external partners, actively developing a talent pipeline, sourcing and evaluating candidates, and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent for current and future roles within Accoravillage.
Key Qualifications:
- A degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in comprehensive recruitment within a dynamic environment across various functions
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed to connect with high-caliber candidates
Preferred Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities, enabling effective interaction with employees at all organizational levels in a professional and tactful manner
- Creative problem-solving skills and the capacity to leverage data to enhance recruitment strategies

Daily Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract both active and passive candidates through various channels, including social media, career fairs, employee referrals, job boards, and community outreach, while screening and recommending qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand immediate and future staffing needs, including the necessary behavioral and technical competencies for each role.
- Continuously cultivate a talent pipeline and maintain talent pools for future openings and challenging-to-fill positions.
- Generate, prepare, and share recruitment analytics with business leaders, identifying trends and recommending improvements to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
- Plan, execute, and assess participation in career fairs, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions to promote the Accoravillage brand in the market.
