Senior UX Designer, International Seller Growth

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our International Seller Growth organization. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other product and business teams across Amazon to design and develop solutions that drive growth for our sellers worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centered design and a strong understanding of the Amazon ecosystem. You will be responsible for gathering and synthesizing customer data, behaviors, motivations, and preferences to propose new solutions that meet the needs of our sellers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Identifying seller needs and designing delightful solutions with measurable impact.
  2. Working with the product team to develop high-level requirements.
  3. Creating process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors.
  4. Developing and maintaining detailed user-interface and interaction specifications.
  5. Presenting and defending design recommendations to partners, stakeholders, and senior leadership for review, feedback, and approval.
  6. Working with Tech teams to ensure a seamless implementation of designs and making trade-offs when needed while without compromising on core experience.
  7. Measuring the success and effectiveness of proposed designs.

A successful Senior UX Designer in this role will be responsible for designing tools that will highly impact Amazon Selling Partners worldwide to provide excellent service and support to Amazon customers. This designer will meet regularly with representatives from product and engineering teams to gather product priorities, align on goals, interact with sellers to gather insights, work design creative solutions, collaborate with partner UX teams, present concepts to cross-functional partners, and contribute to streamlining the design process.
