We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team at DUKH BHANJAN PHARMACY. As a Pharmacy Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compound and Package Medications: Prepare and package pharmaceutical products for dispensing to patients.
  • Bill Third-Party Insurers: Process and submit claims to third-party insurance providers for reimbursement.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medications and prescription records.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure that all medications and supplies are properly stored and organized.
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel as required.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or related field.
  • Work Setting: Pharmacy or drugstore.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, work under pressure, attention to detail, physically demanding, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal awareness, judgement, organized, team player.
