Position Overview

  • Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Communication: Manage telephone communications and relay messages efficiently.
  • Data Compilation: Gather and compile data, statistics, and relevant information.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain office supplies and inventory levels.
  • Reception Duties: Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms.
  • Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry tasks.
