Agricultural Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agricultural Specialist to join our team at Kobe Microgreens and Greenhouses Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our greenhouse and nursery operations.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and coordinate agricultural crop clipping activities to ensure optimal growth and quality.
- Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable and non-marketable lots, ensuring efficient inventory management.
- Organize and supervise greenhouse and nursery operations, including staff management and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to promote our products and services.
- Establish and maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Supervise staff in planting, transplanting, feeding, and spraying activities, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Order materials and stock as needed, maintaining accurate records and inventory levels.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to product inquiries and addressing customer concerns.
- 1-7 months of experience in a related field, preferably in greenhouse or nursery operations.
- Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
- 35 hours of work per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs.
- English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
