Your primary responsibility will be to attentively understand the financial needs of clients and members, providing tailored advice that aligns with their financial circumstances and assisting them in selecting suitable solutions to achieve their financial aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance to clients and members on optimal financial strategies while collaborating with them to define expected outcomes.
  • Manage client relationships by evaluating satisfaction levels and service quality, conducting follow-ups, and identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Stay informed about the financial services sector, including market trends and best practices relevant to your expertise.
  • Engage in community outreach initiatives and represent the organization effectively.
