The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile principles and methodologies, with a proven track record of facilitating team adoption and promoting organizational change. Key responsibilities include:

* Collaborating with development teams, project management, and stakeholders to promote Agile adoption and ensure initiative success
* Facilitating and supporting the implementation of Agile practices within projects
* Coaching teams in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
* Organizing and conducting training sessions on Agile principles
* Providing ongoing support to teams to improve performance and productivity
* Measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented Agile practices

Requirements:

* Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent in IT
* Minimum 12 years of experience in the field of Information Technology
* Significant experience as an Agile Coach
* In-depth understanding of Agile principles and their practical applications
