Motorcoach Charter Driver Opportunity

Diversified Transportation Ltd, a prominent name in the transportation sector, is recognized for its unwavering dedication to safety, dependability, and outstanding service.

We are in search of proficient drivers to become part of our elite team of professional coach operators and Charter Drivers. We have multiple positions available for Charter Drivers, operating across various regions.

We seek individuals who prioritize safety and uphold a high standard of professionalism in both demeanor and appearance. A collaborative spirit and a strong customer service orientation are essential. Dependability, problem-solving skills, and effective time management are critical attributes. Candidates should be prepared to work flexible hours, including overnight charters.

Availability Requirements:

Candidates must indicate their availability for at least one day per week and two weekends each month. All available charter assignments will be communicated to eligible drivers on a weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute assigned charters, ensuring all details and necessary documentation are thoroughly understood and completed. Operate vehicles safely and responsibly, adapting to all road conditions. Adhere to Provincial Hours of Service regulations and maintain accurate logbooks. Conduct comprehensive pre-and post-trip inspections. Keep the vehicle clean and perform standard daily maintenance tasks. Complete and submit Daily Vehicle Condition Reports (DVCRs).

Required Qualifications:

Physical capability to lift approximately 50 lbs. Skills in trip planning and journey management. Familiarity with attractions and venues. Proficient and professional communication with clients and passengers. Ability to pass background checks including: Driving record check (abstract) Physical Demands Analysis (PDA) Drug & Alcohol Test (DNA) Criminal record check

Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience is essential. Experience with motor coaches is preferred. Customer service experience is advantageous.

License Requirements:

A valid Class 1 or 2Q driver's license is mandatory.
