  • Checkout Procedures: Manage guest departures, calculate final charges, and process payments accurately.
  • Financial Accountability: Ensure cash balances are maintained and complete necessary financial reports.
  • Room Inventory Management: Keep track of room availability and reservations to optimize occupancy.
