- Checkout Procedures: Manage guest departures, calculate final charges, and process payments accurately.
- Financial Accountability: Ensure cash balances are maintained and complete necessary financial reports.
- Room Inventory Management: Keep track of room availability and reservations to optimize occupancy.
- Safety Protocols: Adhere to emergency procedures and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Administrative Duties: Perform clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, and photocopying as needed.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and assist guests with special requests.
