Senior Manager Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned problem solver to collaborate with our machine learning research team in delivering innovative products for RBC. As a key member of our Business Engagement and Strategy team, you'll identify and capitalize on AI research opportunities that drive significant value for RBC's business lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and communicate strategic business plans, ensuring alignment with Borealis AI research and product teams.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with RBC executives, subject matter experts, and technical teams through discussions, materials preparation, and other interventions.
  3. Define and document business requirements, collaborating with product and research teams to establish product scopes, test technical feasibility, and resolve business issues during product development.
  4. Stay up-to-date on data analytics and machine learning concepts.
  5. Develop relationships with senior and junior stakeholders at large enterprises.
  6. Develop business cases and communications on technology projects.
  7. Balance long-term strategic thinking with attention to detail on short-term commitments and deliverables.
