Role Overview:
We are seeking dedicated sanitation professionals who take pride in maintaining pristine environments. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities remain safe and hygienic for all users. The role is currently temporary, with potential for permanent placement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing thorough cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
  • Regularly collecting and disposing of waste in designated containers.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in washrooms and kitchen areas.
  • Executing enhanced cleaning protocols as specified in work orders.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • A strong motivation to work and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed within the shift.
  • Initiative to identify and complete necessary tasks with minimal supervision.
  • A positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks that involve reaching, stretching, bending, and walking.
  • Knowledge of WHMIS is an asset, though not mandatory.
  • Previous cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to pass a reliability clearance is required.
