Public Area Attendant

Eldorado Resort is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Public Area Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our public areas, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of public areas, including hallways, lobbies, lounges, washrooms, elevators, stairways, meeting rooms, laundry room, pool areas, offices, and other workspaces.
  • Restock and maintain lobby washrooms and amenity rooms daily.
  • Respond to guest and housekeeping requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and window washing as needed.
  • Identify and report preventative and other maintenance issues in public areas.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
  • Assist other departments as needed.
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and handle repetitive movements.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping is an asset.
  • Availability to work weekdays and weekends, including holidays.
