About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Child Care Provider to join our team at Maryleen Enebeli. As a key member of our family support services, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care and attention to children in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Child Care and Education
    • Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents
    • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
    • Shop for food and household supplies to ensure a well-stocked pantry and fridge
    • Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
    • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met
    • Discipline children according to the methods requested by parents, promoting positive behavior and development
    • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, fostering a sense of independence and confidence
    • Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
  • Household Management
    • Organize activities such as games and outings for children, promoting socialization and fun
    • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary restrictions and preferences
    • Prepare infants and children for rest periods, ensuring a smooth transition to sleep
    • Supervise and care for children, providing a safe and nurturing environment
    • Take children to and from school and to appointments, ensuring timely and safe transportation
    • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, offering comfort and support when needed
    • Help children with homework, promoting academic success and confidence
