Job Title: Marshalling Yard Coordinator

Hatch Bantrel, a leading engineering and construction company, is seeking a highly skilled Marshalling Yard Coordinator to join our team on the BHP Jansen Potash Mine Project in Saskatchewan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and issuance of construction materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the receipt and storage of materials and equipment at the marshalling yard
  • Ensure accurate inventory records and control of materials
  • Participate in weekly production meetings to discuss material issues and status
  • Perform inspections and counts of arriving materials
  • Prepare shipping documents and registers for materials shipped from temporary locations
  • Maintain registers for industrial gas bottles, returnable reels, and containers
  • Execute other related duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in EPC or related industries in procurement, engineering, or construction
  • General knowledge of planning, receipt, storage, and issuance of construction parts and materials
  • Proficiency in expediting and experience in procurement functions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines
