About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Amplitude Contracting Inc. as an Operations Leader. This is a key position that requires strong leadership and technical skills to oversee the maintenance and repair of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise a team of maintenance workers and provide guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on maintenance activities, including work schedules, equipment usage, and maintenance costs.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and healthy environment, and that all workers follow safety protocols and procedures.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support maintenance activities.
  • Work Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
