Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Comfora Home Care. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other daily tasks to ensure our clients' independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other daily tasks
  • Support clients with their daily routines and activities
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
  • 1-7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
