Key Responsibilities- Oversee staff management and allocate duties effectively.
- Analyze market research and trends to assess consumer demand and sales potential.
- Identify and procure merchandise and services for resale.
- Establish pricing and credit policies.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance business visibility.
- Plan budgets and monitor financial performance, including revenues and expenses.
- Determine staffing needs and manage recruitment processes.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Supervise payroll and administrative tasks.
- Lead daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
Technical SkillsProficiency in using a point of sale system, electronic mail, spreadsheets, and MS Outlook is required.
Safety and SecurityA basic security clearance is necessary for this position.
Working ConditionsThis role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and requires the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
