Director of Delivery Services

We are seeking a seasoned Director, Delivery Services to lead our Strategy and Analytics team.
This is a key leadership position that will drive the delivery of our enterprise-wide portfolio and ensure the governance, process, methodology, and controls are in place to support our business goals.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing large groups to deliver strategic and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and motivation to members of cross-functional teams for portfolio planning, program execution, release, and go-live.
- Contribute to the prioritization of an enterprise-wide portfolio of programs, projects, and products while partnering with senior leaders.
- Ensure effective delivery of the enterprise roadmap, manage change, and understand the value of the programs while ensuring the appropriate level of transparency via Enterprise Governance.
- Manage Governance schedules and ensure projects are effectively managed within the Governance framework.
- Define scope, goals, and deliverables of projects that support business goals in collaboration with senior leaders.
- Own the benefit and ROI management process that ensures projects are delivering the agreed-upon business benefits.
- Conduct checks on at-risk projects and support project/program managers to bring the project/program back on track.
- Understand both Agile and Waterfall ways of working and champion implementation of Scaled Agile Framework where applicable.
- Manage and champion appropriate program controls, including ownership of the Portfolio Project Management Tool, templates, project approval process, methodology, gates, standardized reporting, and dashboards.
- Interact with key suppliers of services, hardware, and software and provide guidance for the organization on purchasing products and services.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with a major in Business, Computer Science, or an equivalent field, including or supplemented by courses in leadership/supervision.
- 10-12 years of related experience, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in progressively senior leadership positions and in project management.
