Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identify and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Process Improvement: Implement value-added projects to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase efficiency.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure all activities and products meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Financial Management: Manage labor standards, budget, and production expenses to meet financial commitments.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing facility.
  • Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Lean tools, GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
