Job Title: Director of Channels

About the Role:

The Director of Channels is a senior leadership position responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive channel marketing strategy that aligns with the firm's business objectives. This role will lead a high-performing team of marketing professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a multi-year channel marketing strategy that differentiates the firm and drives business growth.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to plan, execute, and measure the success of channel marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of channel marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize the firm's digital presence, including website, social media, and email marketing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and agencies to ensure effective delivery of channel marketing services.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance, ensuring all channel marketing initiatives stay within budget.
  • Establish performance metrics, analyze data on attendee engagement, satisfaction, and ROI, and oversee detailed reports on event outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business-to-business marketing, communications, and/or business development, preferably in the professional services industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a high-performing team of marketing professionals.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization.
