Job Title: Line ProducerJob Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Line Producer to join our team. As a Line Producer, you will be responsible for defining and establishing the overall strategy of our projects, planning and organizing production, and supervising the production team. You will work closely with real estate developers, architectural firms, museums, science centers, and theme parks to transform large-scale infrastructures into immersive multimedia experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and establish the overall strategy of our projects
  • Plan and organize production, including budgeting and scheduling
  • Supervise the production team, including project coordinators and freelancers
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and Moment Factory policies
  • Identify and manage project risk
  • Prepare detailed budget drafts and schedules for each project phase
  • Manage tasks and work hours' allocation to stay within budgets
  • Ensure synergy between scenography, technology, and project-related content
  • Identify required internal and external resources for project realization
  • Control and supervise project activities
  • Produce comprehensive documentation for all project stages
  • Manage copyright and intellectual property issues
  • Supervise project coordinators
  • Negotiate agreements with top suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with Moment Factory policies
Requirements
  • College Diploma (DEC) or Bachelor's Degree (BAC) in Management and/or in one of the following fields (Design, Scenography, Architecture, Multimedia Environment)
  • Minimum of 7 years of project management experience
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary and artistic environment (multimedia environments, audiovisual production, events, etc.)
  • Understanding of each stage of production and basic knowledge of multimedia technology
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel), macOS (Keynote), and Google products (Google Workspace)
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD or project management software is an asset
  • Perfect bilingualism in French and English, both oral and written
