We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our Consulting - People, HR & Organizational Solutions team. As a trusted advisor, you will integrate human capital considerations and expertise into clients' strategy, structure, systems, and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the proposal, planning, and delivery of consulting engagements with a focus on organization and people services in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.
- Execute projects related to change management, organizational review and design, talent management, performance management, human resource strategy, and policy development, as well as operational HR solutions.
- Manage engagement planning and scheduling, as well as project financials (budgets, WIP, timely billing, collection, variance recognition).
- Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients and ensure client needs are met and relationships grow and develop.
- Review, design, and develop high-quality deliverables, including reports, presentations, and other correspondence.
- Maintain high-quality control and apply specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify, and address issues or key risks relevant to the client's business.
- Network in the local business community, consider business development opportunities, and lead the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals to meet client needs.
- Mentor, motivate, and coach team members towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
- Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, organizational development, organizational psychology, behavioral sciences, or other related field.
- CPHR, Prosci, CMC, PMP, or other related designations or certifications are considered an asset.
- 10+ years of human capital strategy experience, ideally in a consulting and client-service environment.
- Experience in business and practice development.
- Demonstration of advanced project management skills and tactics.
- Proven people management, relationship building, and leadership skills.
