Job Title: Gaming Producer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Gaming Producer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams and driving assets and features to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage one or more game development teams through all phases of production
  • Collaborate with the project leadership team to prioritize deliverables and manage risks
  • Communicate goals and motivate teams to execute on time and at a high-quality level
  • Proactive risk management and mitigation
  • Present status and information to the project leadership team

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in production, development management, project management, or coordination
  • Managed one or more game cross-functional teams through all game development phases
  • Shipped a minimum of 2 game products, ideally console products
  • Experience shipping AAA quality games on console
  • Production experience with a variety of project management methodologies
  • Customer-obsessed and committed to providing the best experience to content creators and players
