Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers through various contact channels, applying advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues and improve their experience.

Requirements
  • Software Development or Technical Support Experience: 1+ year of experience in software development or technical support.

  • Cloud Computing Knowledge: Knowledge or experience with cloud computing concepts, including system administration, troubleshooting, and security best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
