  • Experience Needed: Previous experience is an assetKey Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Management: Calculate and prepare payroll cheques
  • Asset Management: Calculate fixed assets and their depreciation
  • Financial Record Maintenance: Keep detailed financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • General Ledger Oversight: Maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements
  • Journal Entries: Post journal entries accurately
  • Reporting: Prepare various statistical, financial, and accounting reports
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare tax returns
  • Trial Balance: Prepare trial balance of books
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts effectively

This is a permanent role where French is the working language. The position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. Utilize your bookkeeping expertise to enhance our financial operations.
