About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Housekeeping Professional to join our team at Avelino Bondad. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential property.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
    • Dust and polish furniture to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
    • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, drapes, and upholstered furniture to keep the space tidy.
    • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a comfortable living environment.
    • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to our residents.
    • Stock the linen closet to ensure a smooth operation.
    • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a high level of hygiene.
    • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to keep the property clean.
    • Launder clothing and household linens to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
    • Mend clothing and linens to extend their lifespan.
    • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed.
    • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Household Management
    • Organize and maintain the cleanliness of our residential property.
    • Ensure that all areas of the property are clean and tidy.
    • Develop and implement cleaning schedules to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with our residents and other household staff members.
    • Work collaboratively with other household staff members to maintain a smooth operation.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Experience is an asset.
  • Work Environment
    • Non-smoking environment.
  • Work Setting
    • Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
