Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Dispatcher to join our team at Loomis Express. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day activities of our dispatchers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient logistics.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and assign tasks to dispatchers to ensure timely and accurate completion of work
- Develop and implement operational logistics plans to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Prepare and submit reports to management on key performance indicators and operational metrics
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
- Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Train and develop dispatchers in their duties and policies
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to dispatchers
- Coordinate and review work assignments and ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 40 hours per week
- Work Language: English
