Key Responsibilities:

  • Accompany financial advisors in providing top-notch client service and being available to respond to client inquiries.
  • Perform routine financial transactions (e.g., buying and selling securities, making necessary adjustments).
  • Process client deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and currency conversions, and ensure thorough follow-up.
  • Analyze and open client files, and maintain them up-to-date.
  • Produce portfolio management reports.
