In this client-focused role, you will work collaboratively with management, employees, and union representatives to build and maintain effective working relationships. Your expertise will be essential in providing operational and strategic support for a complete range of human resource services.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing human resources advice and services to employees and management
  • Supporting recruitment and selection needs
  • Responding to labour and employee relations matters
  • Coaching and guiding employees and management team members
  • Improving HR systems and processes

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in human resource management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of directly related experience
  • Working towards CPHR designation
  • HR Generalist knowledge and expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Additional Information:

This is a regular, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. The salary range is $76,430 (minimum) to $89,820 (midpoint) to $103,209 (maximum) per annum.
