Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing human resources advice and services to employees and management
  • Supporting recruitment and selection needs
  • Responding to labour and employee relations matters
  • Coaching and guiding employees and management team members
  • Improving HR systems and processes

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in human resource management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of directly related experience
  • Working towards CPHR designation
  • HR Generalist knowledge and expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Working towards a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation

Additional Information:

This is a regular, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. The salary range is $76,430 (minimum) to $89,820 (midpoint) to $103,209 (maximum) per annum.
