Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cook specializing in ethnic foods to join our team at 5 Spice Dining. The ideal candidate will have a passion for preparing authentic dishes and a strong understanding of various culinary techniques.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of complete meals and individual dishes.
  • Accommodate customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health standards.
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation and safety practices.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Supervise kitchen personnel and assist in their development.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas.
