Position Overview

As a Senior Business Advisor specializing in SAP Finance, you will play a pivotal role within Createch's SAP Finance team, directly contributing to our clients' digital transformation journeys.

Your expertise in SAP financial solutions will enable you to design and refine financial models on S/4HANA Finance, tailored to meet the unique requirements of each client. You will lead various project phases, ensuring seamless integration with logistics modules and providing essential post-delivery support. Additionally, you will mentor and support your colleagues within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in comprehensive analysis of client needs to recommend and implement customized SAP Finance solutions that align with their operational processes.
  • Work collaboratively with logistics, technical, and project management teams, as well as client representatives, to ensure effective integration of the proposed solutions.
  • Offer foundational technical support to project teams throughout the implementation phase.
  • Guide and train junior or intermediate consultants on various projects.
  • Serve as a financial expert during our sales cycles, providing insights to clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • In-depth understanding of financial processes within manufacturing, distribution, and logistics sectors.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP project implementations, specifically with SAP financial modules.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple S/4HANA Finance projects.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office applications.
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication abilities in both French and English to effectively engage with clients across Canada.
