Physiotherapist - Seniors Wellness Specialist

**Lifemark Seniors Wellness** is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Physiotherapist to join our team at Lanark Lodge in Perth, Ontario.
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate physiotherapist to provide high-quality care to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing clinical assessments, implementing treatment plans, and providing ongoing evaluation of client progress.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans
- Provide individualized care to clients, including exercise programs, manual therapy, and education
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance client outcomes
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
**Requirements:**
- Registration with the Provincial College of Physiotherapists
- Graduate of a recognized university Physiotherapy degree program
- ADP authorization required
- Valid Vulnerable Sector screening check (within 6 months)
- Proof of Tuberculin (2-Step Mantoux Test) clearance
