About the Role

Lawn Plus Canada is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Summer Management Intern. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in management and develop valuable skills that will enhance your future career prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth
  • Sell products and services to customers, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of employees to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Manage projects from start to finish, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping

Requirements
