- Windows App Package Management: Design, plan, and manage Windows app packages, task sequences per workstation persona.
- PowerShell Scripting: Develop and maintain PowerShell scripting related to the SCCM environment.
- SQL Scripting: Develop and maintain SQL scripts, queries, and reports related to the SCCM environment.
- Driver and BIOS Updates: Deploy driver updates, BIOS updates for a range of models, maintain configuration baselines, and prevent configuration drift.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and work through complex technical issues.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain good documentation.
- Knowledge Sharing: Provide assistance and mentorship as required, and share knowledge with the team.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and professional communication skills, and be able to perform in a team environment. North American job experience is considered an asset for this role.
Working ConditionsThe Resource will be required to work and be located on site at our Head Office, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Occasional travel to support offices across the province will be required. A valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License or equivalent is required.
