Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Beneficiary Attendant. This role is responsible for ensuring the comfort, well-being, and safety of our users within a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist users in moving about the facility, transport them, and accompany them outside as needed.
  • Provide basic care to users and report their health status and behavior to the healthcare team.
  • Install devices for which you have received proper training and ensure the availability, maintenance, and functioning of equipment and materials.
  • Carry equipment and collect samples and medical records.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or DEP in Homecare.
  • Related experience is an asset.
  • Alternative profile: No specific diploma and three to four years of related experience, with a successful reading and writing test.

  • Strong work ethic.
