About the Role

Bayer is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Crop Science Lead - Customer Solutions to join our team. As a key member of our Crop Science team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and solutions to our customers in the agricultural industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective customer solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on crop science and agronomy best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our customers receive the latest information and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in crop science or agronomy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
