About the Role

Bayer is seeking a highly skilled Crop Science Lead to join our team in Kindersley, Saskatchewan. As a key member of our Crop Science division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer solutions and driving business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on crop protection and agricultural solutions
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, suppliers, and partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in crop science or a related field
  • Excellent understanding of local crop production and agronomy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
