Bilingual Sales Representative IT Service Delivery Specialist

Software International is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Sales Representative IT Service Delivery to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing relationships with clients, and driving sales for IT services from leading organizations.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new business leads and opportunities in IT service delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in prospective client organizations.
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored IT service solutions from companies like HCL, TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Bell, and IBM.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with potential clients.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales within the IT service delivery space, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of service delivery solutions in areas like cloud services, digital transformation, infrastructure management, and application services.
- Experience working with or selling services from companies such as HCL, TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Bell, or IBM.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
