About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Food Service Team Member at Pizza 24. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, including pizzas, salads, and sandwiches.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, answer questions, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Housekeeping: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient service and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
