Dispatchers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dispatchers Supervisor to join our team at MAJHA TRUCKING LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of our dispatch team, ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

• Coordinate and Supervise Dispatch Team: Oversee the daily activities of the dispatch team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Prepare and Submit Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on dispatch team performance, including metrics on on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure Smooth Operation of Computer Equipment and Machinery: Ensure that all computer equipment and machinery used by the dispatch team are in good working order, and that any issues are promptly reported and resolved.
• Arrange for Maintenance and Repair Work: Arrange for regular maintenance and repair work to be carried out on our vehicles and equipment, to ensure that they are in good working order.
• Resolve Work Problems, Provide Technical Advice, and Recommend Measures to Improve Productivity and Product Quality: Identify and resolve any work problems that arise, provide technical advice and guidance to the dispatch team, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Recruit and Hire Staff: Recruit and hire new staff members to join the dispatch team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and experience to perform the role.
• Train Workers in Duties and Policies: Train new staff members in their duties and policies, ensuring that they are aware of all procedures and protocols.
• Arrange Training for Staff: Arrange for ongoing training and development opportunities for the dispatch team, to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
• Conduct Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with the dispatch team, to ensure that they are meeting their performance targets and to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate, Assign, and Review Work: Coordinate, assign, and review the work of the dispatch team, to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Requisition or Order Materials, Equipment, and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, to ensure that the dispatch team has the necessary resources to perform their roles.
• Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures for the dispatch team, to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
