Job Title: Construction Manager

Gyptech is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to lead our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve construction-related problems in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
