The Inventory Manager will be responsible for defining the company's balance of inventory, production demand, and general stock levels. This position will manage a team of inventory support associates and organize a collaborative approach to raw material and componentry inventory, out of stock alerts, production demand, report management, and inventory forecasting for our offsite, onsite, and digital warehouses.

This position will work closely with our Purchasing, Production, Sales, Design, and Operations departments. The Inventory Manager will report to the Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage warehouse operations with strategic thinking skills and prioritize competing demands.
  • Forecast inventory needs and organize multiple inventory warehouses.
  • Effective communication and understanding of transactions related to all facilities' inventory movements.
  • Familiarity with Unleashed Inventory Program or similar.
  • Experience with ecommerce 3PL warehouses and manufacturing supply chain management.
  • Exceptional systems management (ERP – Inventory Management) with advanced experience working in Microsoft office.
  • Understanding of end-to-end processing, shrinkage, FIFO, cycle counts, and setting strategic Min/Max levels.
  • Fast learner, able to pivot quickly, and solve problems logically with calmness and composure.
  • Detail-oriented with advanced data analysis skills, meticulous record keeping, and inventory forecasting.
  • Team management and leadership skills that exemplify the company's core values.
