They will also be responsible for training workers in duties and policies, coordinating and reviewing work, and requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies. Additionally, they will establish work schedules and procedures, and plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a college or CEGEP education and 1-2 years of experience in a related field. They will be organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills. This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating activities with other work units or departments
- Preparing and submitting reports
- Resolving work problems and providing technical advice
- Training workers in duties and policies
- Coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work
- Requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies
- Establishing work schedules and procedures
- Planning, organizing, and overseeing operational logistics
