As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing department activities, resources, budget, work organization, and team management to achieve production goals.
Main Responsibilities- Production Planning and Execution
- Validate production planning in collaboration with the Logistics Department to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
- Organize material and human resources according to production needs to optimize production flow.
- Ensure availability of materials and documentation for planned batches to maintain quality and compliance.
- Verify and document batch files and production documents to track production progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze and address manufacturing deviations to minimize waste and ensure product quality.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Team Management and Development
- Lead and organize the team to achieve production goals and objectives.
- Set objectives for colleagues and evaluate their contributions to identify areas for improvement and development.
- Identify staffing needs and participate in recruitment to build a high-performing team.
- Ensure development and training of employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Promote a productive team environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Implement audit recommendations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Resource Management and Optimization
- Manage department budget and propose necessary investments to optimize production and minimize costs.
- Define performance objectives for the department to drive productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with production standards to maintain quality and consistency.
- Optimize production through action plans and process improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity.
- Manage allocation priorities of staff and equipment to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Implement preventive maintenance plan to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
- Qualify installations and comply with the qualification plan to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Professional Relationships and Collaboration
- Participate in working groups to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with support services for daily problem-solving and process improvement.
- Initiate improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives to drive business growth and innovation.
