Job Summary

The CIUSSS du Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean is seeking a pharmacist to work in our CHSLD/MDA-MA facilities. As a pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical services to our clients, working in collaboration with our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide pharmaceutical services to clients in CHSLD/MDA-MA facilities
  • Work in collaboration with the healthcare team to develop and implement pharmaceutical care plans
  • Participate in interdisciplinary committees to discuss client care and develop strategies for improvement
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to pharmaceutical services

Requirements

  • Member in good standing of the Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec
  • Doctoral degree in pharmacy
  • Experience in geriatrics is an asset
