We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at Hill Top Motel & Restaurant. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building and maintaining a safe and clean environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, and clean hallways, floors, and stairs
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and dirt
  • Empty trash cans and waste containers
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Supervise other workers and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Perform other routine maintenance tasks as required
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a maintenance or facilities role
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks
  • Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and bending
  • Dependability, flexibility, and initiative
  • Reliability and organized approach to work
