Vehicle Readiness Specialist

The Vehicle Readiness Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by ensuring vehicles are meticulously prepared for handovers. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain service, loaner, and gallery vehicles to the highest standards
  • Operate specialized equipment, including steamers, hoses, and vacuums, to achieve showroom-quality finishes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize vehicle preparation processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring timely reordering and minimizing waste
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless vehicle handovers
Requirements
  • Valid Class 5 or G Driver's License in Canada and ability to be insured
  • Proven track record of a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
  • Ability to lift and move equipment as required
