Key Responsibilities
  • Perform cost/benefit analysis and balance our four key imperatives: cost, quality, service, and people.
  • Develop leadership skills through continuous improvement training and lead a front-line team.
  • Motivate team members to achieve established performance targets and coach them on performance processes.
  • Identify and implement productivity and efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree completed by August 2024.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to working with and leading people.
  • Proven problem solver and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Collaborative team-player with a "roll-up your sleeves" approach.
