Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community health centers.
  • Develop and implement medication therapy plans to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree or equivalent.
  • Master's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent experience in a hospital pharmacy setting (an asset).
  • Clinical Associate or willingness to become one.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
