Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Central Protection Services. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor security operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure experience for clients.
- Provide training and guidance to security guards on security procedures, policies, and protocols.
- Conduct investigations and incident reports as necessary.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a security supervisory role.
- Security Guard License.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
